Guthrie Memorial Library Notes: Library to host 18-hole miniature golf course ...

Getting cabin fever on these cold winter weekends? Are your kids climbing the walls? Then join us at the Guthrie Memorial Library on Feb. 23 for a round of indoor mini golf. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the library will be transformed into a full 18-hole miniature golf course winding throughout the entire building, ending at a café in the John D. Bare Center being run by Shultz's Delicatessen. Tickets are $10 for an individual or $30 for a family and are on sale at the library. Area school PTOs and student groups will also be assisting us in selling tickets, with the library donating 10 percent of their ticket sales back to each organization. Money raised will go to support the library, including book purchases, programming and our Summer Reading Club.

This fun activity wouldn't be possible without the help of our many sponsors, especially title sponsor MedExpress Urgent Care, located on Baltimore Street next to Wendy's. Sponsorship opportunities are still
